The best is to have a domain expert in the workshop. I&#039;ve worked for companies in the past where the BA can fill this role, so it really depends on the company (and the BA).</description>

At this stage the developers are thinking about how they&#039;d design the functionality but often, for complex problems, this really needs a domain expert present and I&#039;m wondering if you find that your BA&#039;s are able to step into this role?</description>

Not sure what you test for SOX compliance, but &quot;release&quot; in this workflow is actually release to the client&#039;s UAT. Then they perform UAT testing after the delivery and choose when to go live.</description>
