Openspace coding day #3 keynote: Space based architectures

Published by gojko under articles

I’ll be doing the keynote at OpenSpace coding day #3 on the 30th May in London. The topic will be space based architectures.

Space-based architectures are an alternative to the traditional n-tier model for enterprise applications. Instead of a vertical tier partitioning, space based applications are partitioned horizontally into self-sufficient units. This leads to almost linear scalability of stateful, high-performance applications.

The keynote will be organised as a 30 minute talk followed by a hands-on workshop. In the workshop, we’ll code together a multiplayer game and explore space-based application programming.
