I&#039;ve seen #1, #2. Huge shout-out to #6, #7and #10.
#3 is out of reach for most teams to achieve.. because of the high degree of distillation and nurturing the code required but not readily found on earth :)
I&#039;ve seen a twist on #5 - hoping/expecting change in tools in the hands of the same set of people to fix everything</description>
