Really interesting story, thanks for this.

The 'Fat-er wall' is something that I have had to contend with. With guidance from Dave Evans we have also moved to a Story based approach which is yielding many benefits. Stories such as this one provide excellent case studies to present to people as examples of how incremental improvements can achieve impressive results.

What an inspirational success story with changes that few would venture towards. I am sure it would have also taken drive, training and persuasion talks which is not adequately mentioned here. I think this story is a thumbs up for teamwork and the Agile way. I am sure to reference this on my blog.

Wow ! Thanks for this feedback !! Really very interesting. Specially the fact the QA became named "developpers" and no more "testing phase" : it is quite bold. I would not have dared. I'll share this with my (QA) team... they might be scared ;-)
