Major interest would be to showcase importance and implications at various levels under financial services. Secondary to know what type of tests should be performed to make a financial system, application, developed under agile more reliable. Thanks.
Some topics around motivating people, educating testers in the “way” of agile or more on improving communications and breaking down barriers in communication.
Agile seems is becoming about process and techniques and often the “people” side of things is vastly over looked. The financial world has different challenges to the bespoke software world (as an example) and so some general advice on communication and motivation would be awesome.
