I help programming teams improve the way they work and become significantly more productive. I do that by coaching, introducing agile practices and tools, reviewing and optimising system architecture and code, working as a catalyst for teams to self-organise better and improving communication between the software team, stakeholders and clients. I have a track-record of recovering failing projects and delivering them on revised schedule.
The focus of my work over the last few years have been high-performance online transaction processing systems and web sites. My expertise is drawn from eight years of industry experience in projects related to equity and energy trading, mobile positioning, e-commerce, betting and gaming and complex configuration management. I have worked with a wide variety of technologies and platforms, ranging from Python utilities for mobile devices to .NET/J2EE trading platforms and Oracle-centric transaction processing systems.
